Refund Policy
1. Payment, Refunds and Cancellations. Some services or Products on the Site require you make a purchase. By registering for such services from Orlando Jai Alai and purchasing Products or Premium Services, you represent that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, whether made by you or another person using your account. In order to make a purchase or a donation, Orlando Jai Alai may use the services of third parties, including payment processing vendors, and you should refer to such vendors’ published policies and sites in order to read their user agreement and privacy policy. Orlando Jai Alai expressly disclaims any responsibility for or related to the services provided by any such third party or the transactions you conduct or enter into with any such third party. If for any reason Orlando Jai Alai does not receive payment for a purchase, Orlando Jai Alai may exercise its rights in law and equity, including: (a) immediately suspending or terminating your account; (b) seeking collection of the outstanding amount owed; and/or (c) seeking legal action against you for the breach of these Terms. You are also responsible for paying any governmental taxes imposed in connection with use of the Site, including sales, use or excise taxes. Prices may vary. To the extent that Orlando Jai Alai is obligated to collect such taxes, the applicable tax will be added to your billing account. All purchases made through the Site are final and nonrefundable, except that within twenty-four (24) hours of your purchase you may exchange a purchased ticket for one of the same value, of lower value (in which case we will credit the difference to your credit card account) or of higher value (provided you simultaneously make the payment of any difference) If you make a ticket purchase on the Site for an event that is cancelled, please contact us and we will exchange your tickets for another event of your choosing, but no cash refunds will be awarded, including any different in pricing. For any event that is rescheduled, we will notify you of such rescheduling, but to the extent you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may choose to apply your tickets to another event of your choosing, but no cash refunds will be awarded, including any different in pricing.
